ROOF MOUNT KIT

Roof Mount KitHeliodyne will be introducing new roof mount kits this summer to aid in reducing installation time for solar hot water systems. The kits are suitable for 1 or 2 collector systems, which make them ideal for residential rooftop applications. All necessary components are included to simplify and streamline the installation process for the solar contractor.

Kit components include: lag bolts, flashing and mounting clips to secure the collector to the roof. A rail is used for 2-collector roof mounting. The kit also includes special supply and return fittings which house the temperature sensor and air vent. The fittings eliminate the task of having to solder connections to the collectors. The new roof mount kits will be available summer 2011 from authorized Heliodyne distributors.
