SOLAR COLLECTOR CAN WITHSTAND 2 INCH SIZED HAIL STONES

Hail ImpactHeliodyne released this month video footage of hail impact testing done on its GOBI line of solar flat plate collectors. The footage disproves myths that solar collector glass can easily be destroyed in severe weather. Watch the full video here.

SOLAR FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY CALCULATOR

To aid installers and designers when it comes to estimating the financial viability of larger commercial scale solar thermal projects,  Heliodyne has designed a useful financial feasibility calculator. The tool takes various input from the solar system designer and calculates vital estimates such as ROI, carbon dioxide displacement and payback period. The financial feasibility calculator can be downloaded for free on the Heliodyne website.

You can then download the specification for your project and your office master.”
