The Balance of System offers various options tailored for both residential and commercial applications. For residential setups, all components are consolidated within a single appliance, ensuring ease of installation and compact assembly. These systems are factory-tested to withstand pressures up to 300 psi and feature web-based remote monitoring for energy and performance tracking. Additionally, they accommodate both open-loop and closed-loop configurations for solar hot water systems. In contrast, commercial systems boast a pre-engineered design for simplified setup, with easy system configuration via a touchpad interface. Similar to residential systems, commercial setups include all balance of system components in a single appliance, with standard web-based remote monitoring and fast installation.
The Heliodyne controllers offer several essential features. Firstly, they provide comprehensive monitoring of both collector and storage tank temperatures. Additionally, they are designed to be compatible with various system configurations, such as open-loop, closed-loop, or drain-back systems.
